These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of VogueJewel (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
VogueJewel enhances photos of jewelry using an AI-powered image processing service. Enhancing a photo requires an active subscription — there is no free trial. Each enhancement uses one "photo" from your plan allowance, as described below.
VogueJewel offers four auto-renewing monthly subscription tiers, purchased and managed through your Apple ID / App Store account:

Prices are shown in the App and on the App Store at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Plans automatically renew each month at the price you agreed to unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can switch between plans at any time; upgrades and downgrades are handled by Apple's subscription system and may be prorated. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Each subscription plan includes a fixed number of photo enhancements per calendar month, reset at the start of each new billing period. Unused photos from a subscription plan do not roll over to the next month. If you have multiple active or recently changed subscriptions, your plan's allowance is based on your current active tier.
You may purchase a one-time "+50 Photos" top-up for $14.99, which adds 50 photo enhancements to your current calendar month only. Top-up photos do not roll over to the following month and are not a substitute for an active subscription once your billing period resets.
All purchases are billed through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's own terms and payment methods. You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, or via "Manage Subscription" inside the App. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies — VogueJewel does not process refunds directly.
You agree to use VogueJewel only for lawful purposes and only to enhance photos you own or have the right to use. You may not attempt to circumvent, automate, or abuse the quota system, or use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers.
You retain all rights to the photos you upload and to the enhanced photos VogueJewel returns to you. We claim no ownership over your images. Photos are processed to generate your enhancement and are not retained by us afterward — see our Privacy Policy for details.
VogueJewel requires an internet connection to enhance photos and verify your subscription status. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the App or enhancement service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time.
VogueJewel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
