Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information VogueJewel ("the App", "we", "us") collects, how it's used, and what it isn't used for. VogueJewel is built around a simple principle: we don't ask who you are.

No Accounts, No Personal Information

VogueJewel does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifying information. There is no sign-up or login screen.

Photos You Enhance

When you enhance a photo, the image is sent from your device to our server, which forwards it to a third-party AI image-processing provider to perform the enhancement, then returns the result to your device. Photos are processed transiently to produce your enhanced image and are not stored on our servers after processing completes. Your original and enhanced photos remain saved locally on your device (and in Photos, if you choose to save them there) — we don't keep a copy.

Anonymous Device Identifier

To track your monthly photo quota once you subscribe, the App generates a random identifier that is stored securely on your device (in the iOS Keychain). This identifier is not linked to your name, Apple ID, email, or any other personal information — it exists only to answer the question "how many photos has this installation used this month." If you delete and reinstall the App, a new identifier may be generated.

Usage & Quota Data

Our server keeps a record, associated only with the anonymous device identifier above, of how many photos have been enhanced in the current billing period and how many remain. This is stored in our cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers KV) purely to enforce the subscription limits described in our Terms of Use.

Purchases & Subscriptions

All payments, subscriptions, and one-time purchases in VogueJewel are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment card details. Apple shares with us only what's needed to verify that a purchase is valid and which plan it corresponds to, so that your photo quota can be applied correctly. For information about what Apple collects, see Apple's own Privacy Policy.

What We Don't Collect

Data Sharing

We share data with only two categories of third parties, both solely to operate the App: (1) a third-party AI provider, to perform image enhancement, and (2) our cloud infrastructure providers, to run our servers and store usage/quota data. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Data Retention & Deletion

Photos are not retained after processing. Usage/quota records tied to your anonymous identifier are retained only as long as needed to enforce your plan. If you'd like your anonymous usage record deleted, contact us at the email below and we'll remove it.

Children's Privacy

VogueJewel is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted network connections and cryptographic verification of purchase receipts, to protect the limited data we do handle.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
